MindoraX Terms of Service
These terms explain the use of a MindoraX account and game features, acceptable use rules, in-app purchases, and the account deletion process. MindoraX is an entertainment and practice app intended for users aged 13 and older.

1. Service provider and scope
MindoraX is a brain exercise game for Android and iOS. The service provider is Parantik Yazılım LTD ŞTİ (Türkiye). These terms apply to your use of the MindoraX app and your account.
2. Age of use and account
MindoraX is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of your parent or guardian. The app does not verify age.
You can sign in with an email address and password, Google Play Games, or Apple Game Center. Your game progress, results, and in-app assets are associated with your account.
3. Game and family features
MindoraX includes games, tasks, training programs, tournaments, leaderboards, and multiplayer rooms. The brain exercise games are for entertainment and practice; they do not promise medical or cognitive health outcomes.
If you use the family feature, family members can see each other's levels and stars.
4. Acceptable use
When using MindoraX, do not do any of the following:
- Cheat, use bots, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Reverse engineer.
- Harass other users or impersonate someone else.
We may restrict or suspend the use of accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI coach
Messages you send to the AI coach are sent to the AI provider to generate a response. The limit is 1,000 characters per message and 20 messages per day. You may also choose to share a summary of your game performance over the past 30 days; this option is off by default. Coach responses are not professional medical or psychological advice.
6. Virtual assets and purchases
In-game coins and diamonds, as well as a Premium subscription or time-limited Premium days, may provide access to premium training content. Virtual assets have no cash value; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
Prices are shown in the store. Payments, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their own rules. The product from a purchase refunded by the store is taken back. There are no paid random rewards or loot boxes.
7. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account from the Profile/Settings section of the app or at https://mindoraxgame.com/account/delete/. Upon your request, your sessions are terminated immediately. After a 30-day waiting period, your account and the data linked to it are deleted. Audit records are pseudonymized; game results remain only as anonymous aggregate statistics. During this period, the support team may cancel the deletion request.
8. Service availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available. We announce changes to the service in the app.
9. Personal data
Account, game, purchase, and other usage data are processed to provide the service. Your explicit consent to push notifications is obtained through the operating system's permission dialog; you can withdraw this consent at any time in the app settings or device settings. 10. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these terms. The courts of Istanbul and consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction over disputes; your consumer rights are reserved.
